Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in the exquisite craftsmanship of Page Lucky couture garments. Each piece is created, using fine materials and meticulous craftsmanship. This made-to-order process means our return and exchange policy differs from that of mass-produced brands. Please read the following policy carefully.

Return Policy for Made-to-Order Couture

Because every Page Lucky garment is created upon order in limited quantities, we do not offer refunds. Instead, eligible returns will be issued as store credit to be used toward a future purchase. This policy allows us to uphold the exclusivity and artisanal nature of our pieces while offering flexibility to our valued customers.

Returns must meet the following criteria:

  • Requested within 15 days of delivery

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact

  • The item must not be a custom size or special-order garment (custom items are final sale)

Return Shipping & Restocking

To simplify the return process, Page Lucky will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and a flat-rate fee of $15 will be deducted from your issued store credit. This applies to all eligible domestic returns.

Please note:

  • Due to the weight and packaging requirements of our garments, we are unable to absorb return shipping costs.

  • A 15% restocking fee will also be deducted from your store credit to cover handling and quality assurance.

International Orders

At this time, international purchases are final sale. Due to the complexity and cost of international shipping and customs, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges from outside the U.S.

We strongly encourage international clients to reach out to us before placing an order with any questions about fit, fabric, or product details.

Defects or Errors

In the rare event that your garment arrives damaged or we made an error (such as sending the incorrect item), we will take full responsibility. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number at pagelucky@gmail.com. If approved, we will cover return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges (such as for size or color). Since our garments are made to order and produced in small batches, we cannot guarantee availability.

If you’d like to request another item after a return is processed, your store credit may be applied to a new order.
